Register as an Individual

If you just want to participate as an individual, just register for Bike to Work & School Week, either by clicking the link or the button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. It is quick, easy, free and fun!

If you register as an Individual or Solo Rider now, you can always join a team or create one of your own later. Speaking of which...

Register as a Team and Become a Team Leader

Team Leaders create a workplace team and then encourage their colleagues to participate. Creating a team is a great opportunity to demonstrate leadership at work and to get your colleagues more active and healthy. Team leaders are an important part of Bike to Work Week.

As a Team Leader, you can reach out to your colleagues, such as by hanging Bike to Work week posters in their workplace (e.g. in the lunch room, elevators, etc.), to help raise awareness about Bike to Work week.

You can also monitor your teammates' participation through the Bike to Work Week Dashboard and encourage them to log their kilometres -- or even log their kilometers for them.
